Real-time charging on the Diameter chain
OCS implements DCCA per 3GPP TS 32.299 and IETF RFC 4006. SCUR for data sessions, ECUR for SMS and voice events, IEC for one-off transactions like USSD top-ups. Gx for PCC rules, Gy for online quota, Rf for postpaid mediation, Sy for spending-limit coordination.

Provisioning orchestrator with safe rollbacks
A single activation order writes the HLR/HSS profile (MAP InsertSubscriberData or Diameter SAR), the OCS wallet, the CAMEL O-CSI/T-CSI/SMS-CSI triggers, and the IMS TAS VoLTE profile. Every step has a compensating transaction so a failure halfway through never leaves a half-provisioned subscriber.
